Eduardo “PR Balrog” Perez burst onto the scene at EVO 2009 where he took 5th place. He was widely known as one of the best Balrog players of the Street Fighter IV era although he did dabble with other characters later. He has some wins at big tournaments over the years, including a big one at NorCal Regionals 2014, and he made an appearance at Capcom Cup that same year. PR Balrog has been using Juri as his main character in recent Street Fighter 6 events but it will be interesting to see if he has other characters up his sleeve.
