Argentina’s Shaka is a character specialist with Dhalsim, and he has been playing the character in tournaments since Street Fighter 5. Shaka has mostly played in online tournaments, where he has shown he has the raw skill to compete by making top 8 in almost every event he took part in and winning several World Warrior events in his region last season. He competed in one offline event in his region where he took first place. Street Fighter League will be his debut to a larger audience, and fans of previous seasons of Street Fighter League know how potent a skilled Dhalsim player on the team can be.
